With the BeReal app having over 10 million active users every day, some students claim it has boosted their sociability, while few students throughout EHS have said the complete opposite. Maddie Webb, EHS senior, said, “ I like it because it shows what you’re doing at a random time and I like seeing all the different things people are doing throughout the day”. However, senior Madison Nickell provides a contrary view,  “Although I do think it is a unique app. Using the app doesn’t make me feel social”. She said, that she is still pretty new to the app but does enjoy it. Though EHS is only a small percentage of BeReal users, it is highly talked about in the hallways for expanding sociability and allowing students to be themselves.
