The EHS Hope Squad has hidden compliment clovers around the school to spread kindness. When students find the hidden clovers, they should take them to the office. They will then be told to go to Mrs. Brown to redeem their prize, after which they can pass the compliment on to a friend.
“This was an event sponsored by Hope Squad for the month of March to promote kindness by spreading compliments among students and staff,” Mrs. Brown said.
Lots of kids have found clovers, Shelby McGee, a senior, is one who found a clover
“I got one of those Jolly Rancher[s], but not like the little tiny ones, the good ones, the really good ones on the sticks,” McGee said.
Just like her, Briana Spradling, a senior, is a kid who’s found one of the hidden clovers
“I got Skittles, they were very good, I love Skittles,” Spradling said.
Both girls have commented on the nice messages, remarking about the kindness they inspired
“I liked the compliment, and it was nice to see the look on the person who I gave it to’s face,” Spradling said.
“Mine said something nice I can’t remember, but it was really fun to find someone to give it to,” McGee said.
These compliment clovers were a great way to inspire kindness around our school. If you find a compliment clover, you can get a prize, so get searching!
